Target acquisitions include single assets, portfolio, or entity-level transactions where a value dislocation is recognized and/or an opportunity for proactive value creation exists.
BlackSwan will capitalize on their vast contact database in the regional and national real estate industry (lending, development, private equity, and construction) to gain access to superior deal flow. By focusing regionally, BlackSwan will capitalize on both its superior knowledge, but also its market credibility. Emphasis on entrepreneurial, in-house management to maximize value. Management has no legacy properties or issues allowing for 100% focus on new opportunities.

BlackSwan has expertise in the development, construction, and management of multi-family, retail, high-rise residential, and hospitality. In addition, the team has extensive experience in the acquisition, repositioning, and disposition of a wide range of existing income producing assets. Management has identified key strategic alliances for the broad spectrum of real estate asset categories including hospitality, retail, office, industrial, residential, multi-family, and self storage. These alliances will allow BlackSwan to provide market rate third party management, asset management, and disposition services with pre-negotiated agreements that can be implemented when a purchase decision is made.
